Our Educator
Yee Wei is a WSET Certified Educator and Assessor. Unquenchable thirst for knowledge has brought her to learn wines through an academic path with WSET from Level 1 to Level 4 Diploma. She believes that wine was discovered by the wisdom of our ancestors, combining both nature and human factors, into a pleasurable beverage which tells time. We just need a guided tasting to learn how to appreciate this jewel in the glass.
